Order & Shipping
1.Did my order go through?
Shortly after you placed the order you will receive an order confirmation to the email address you provided. If you do not receive a confirmation email and no money has been withdrawn from your account the order did not go through. You can always double check the order status by sending us and email to support@hetkiwatches.com
2.I did not receive an order confirmation, what do I do?
Please double check that the order confirmation did not end up in your spam folder. If you have not received any confirmation email from us please contact support@hetkiwatches.com and we will help you further.
3.How can I change or cancel my order?
Please email us immediately at support@hetkiwatches.com with the subject title "CHANGE OF ADDRESS"/ "CANCEL MY ORDER".
Please provide your invoice number, and the new address. We will do our best to make the amendments before your order is despatched. Please note if your email is not titled correctly we can not guarantee your request will be caught before dispatch.
4.My order is a gift, do you send an invoice in the package?
We will not send an invoice in the package, only a delivery note.
5.How can I track my order?
As soon as your order is shipped you will receive a delivery confirmation. There you can find the tracking number for your order. You will be able to track your order at the shipping company's website as soon as your package has been scanned the first time.
6.How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We are working hard to make sure that your order is delivered as soon as possible. The estimated shipping times usually takes 3-14 days from the date of dispatch. We are not responsible for any delays caused by the customs clearance process in overseas countries. 7.I received the wrong product, what do I do?

8.Will I have to pay international taxes & duties?
Your order may be subject to import duties, and taxes upon arrival to your country. You will be responsible for paying any such customs fee that is required to complete delivery. We cannot control, or calculate this amount in advance of shipping. A general guideline is that it would be about 20% of the value written on the shipping label. However, this will vary from country to country based on their tariff standards. Pease contact your own country’s customs office if you would like more specific information related to your order.
9.Do you deliver to PO boxes?
Unfortunately we do not deliver to PO boxes. We will need a physical address to be able to deliver your order.
10.Where are your products shipped from?
All of our products are shipped from our warehouse in Hong Kong.
11.Are there any shipment costs?
There is no shipping fee for any order over US$ 100. Any order under $100 has a set fee of $5.
12.Which shipping partners are used?
We shipvia DHL, UPS, FedEx.
Return & Exchange Policy
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a quality guarantee on all of our products. If you're not satisfied with your purchase in the first 30 days, we'll provide a full refund with returns.
Items returned must be received in new, unused and re-sellable condition, with the original packaging and any protective coverings and product information.
Returns that are soiled, damaged or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
Only the amount paid for the product(s) will be refunded in the manner in which you originally paid.
If your order arrives damaged, you can contact support@hetkiwatches.com for a replacement.
Warranty
1.How long is the warranty valid?
We offer a 5 year warranty on our watches from date of purchase, if purchased directly from our website.
2.What is covered by warranty?
During the warranty period, the watch movement, hands, and dial are the only components covered under this warranty. This means that if the materials in your watch aren't right or if the watch isn't put together correctly, we'll repair or replace it.
This Warranty Does Not Cover:
Any defects in materials and workmanship of battery, case, crystal, strap, or bracelet.
Damage resulting from improper handling, lack of care, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
Defect of internal or external components due to contact with water or moisture.
This warranty is void if the watch has been damaged by accident, negligence of persons other than authorised our sales or services agents, unauthorised service, or other factors not due to defects in materials or workmanship.
3.What is the lifetime of the battery?
Your battery should last approximately 40 months. Our quartz watches with a central seconds hand, come equipped with a system to indicate a low battery (EOL – End of Life): approximately two weeks before the battery will stop, the central seconds hand will begin to jump every four seconds, signaling that the battery must be changed.
4.Battery Lifetime Replacement?
We offer a lifetime battery replacement, please notify us and send warranty and receipt and we will ship out a replacement battery free of charge. Take your watch with battery to any reputable water repair store to have it replaced.
Product Information & Instructions
1.What type of movements are used?
Our quartz movements are produced by the Swiss quality manufacturer Ronda and are considered to be particularly reliable and durable.
2.What are your watch glass made of?
Our watches are made of the scratch-resistant sapphire crystal glass.
3.Strap care instructions
Our leather straps are made from Italian Vegetable Tanned Leather. With all genuine leather products, these will have unique characteristics and natural marks.
All straps will naturally darken and wear over time if exposed to factors including Perspiration, Oils and Water.
4.Are the watches waterproof?
The water resistance on HETKI watches is 5 atm. The level of water resistance will be indicated on the dial and/or case back of each watch. Below is a specification for each level of water resistance, please note of recommended usage. Ensure that the crown is fully closed when in contact with water. Please add that even though the watch can be in contact with water, the leather band should not.
Water resistant 5 ATM: protection in everyday activities, bathing, accidental splashes, short swimming, car washing, water sports and skiing. these models are resistant against perspiration, water vapor and rain drops. tester for water resistance up to 5 ATM.

You can pay with Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Maestro, Unionpay, Afterpay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, Shopify Pay and Paypal. All available payment options for each country are displayed at the checkout.
2.Is it safe to pay by my credit card?
Yes. All online credit card payment and your information are kept secure by encryption technology.
3.What currencies can I use to place an order?
You can update the currency by selecting your preferred currency on the website. Please note that all orders will be processed in USD after checkout.
