    SHIPPING TIME

    We are working hard to make sure that your order is delivered as soon as possible. The estimated shipping times usually takes 3-14 days from the date of dispatch. We are not responsible for any delays caused by the customs clearance process in overseas countries.     DUTIES & TAXES

    Your order may be subject to import duties, and taxes upon arrival to your country. You will be responsible for paying any such customs fee that is required to complete delivery. We cannot control, or calculate this amount in advance of shipping. A general guideline is that it would be about 20% of the value written on the shipping label. However, this will vary from country to country based on their tariff standards. Pease contact your own country’s customs office if you would like more specific information related to your order.

    TRACKING NUMBERS

    Please note that tracking numbers are generated before the order is picked/packed and shipped and might take some time to be registered in the tracking system. Some orders might take up to a few days to show up.

  • RETURNS & EXCHANGES

    Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. Items returned must be received in new, unused and re-sellable condition, with the original packaging and any protective coverings and product information.

    Returns that are soiled, damaged or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.

    Only the amount paid for the product(s) will be refunded in the manner in which you originally paid.

    SHIPPING DELAYS

    As delays are inevitable, this may be due to custom clearance at destination, and HETKI therefore holds no liability over delays. However, all shipments are insured at the expense of Hetki.

    UNCLAIMED ORDERS

    Remember, when you place an order you're also responsible to receive the delivery at your end. If our courier is unable to successfully deliver your package to you we will have to charge you for the shipping and handling back to us. You will receive a tracking number and tracking information in your Shipping Confirmation (check your spam folder in case you did not receive a notification).
